Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Computer Technician for a full-time, on-site position located in Pune. The Computer Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, performing computer maintenance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and conducting repairs. Day-to-day tasks will include diagnosing technical problems, resolving system errors, and ensuring optimal functioning of operating systems and computer systems.
Qualifications
Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems effectively
Computer Maintenance and Computer Repair skills to ensure proper functioning and longevity of devices
Proficiency with Operating Systems for installation, configuration, and support
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex issues
