About Trackier

We're looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Manager to lead deal closures, own a revenue quota, generate high-quality pipeline, and manage a small team of BDRs. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in both strategy and execution.
What You'll Do
Own and exceed monthly revenue targets
Manage a BDR, coach, support, and scale their outreach
Personally handle full-funnel sales for mid-market accounts across assigned regions
Generate outbound pipeline via prospecting, Linked In, calls, and events
Collaborate with marketing and product to improve messaging and GTM execution
Track performance, CRM hygiene, forecasting, and reporting
Requirements
4-7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record in both closing and outbound sales
Prior experience managing a small sales/BDR team is a big plus
Strong understanding of marketing technology or affiliate/ad tech ecosystem is preferred
Based in or near Mumbai, with ability to travel if required
Highly self-driven and goal-oriented, with experience managing a remote team
