Reporting to the Global IS Practice Manager - Digital Solutions, the UX/UI Designer is responsible to:
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
Design graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look
Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables)
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback and usability testing
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
and external data sources using Power Automate and connectors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and other developers.
Document application components, configurations, and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks. Customer satisfaction on projects
Required Profile And Experience
At least 3 years plus digital development experience in UI/UX
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. HTML/CSS/JavaScript for rapid prototyping
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Visio, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
Knowledge of Microsoft producrs ( Pwer Apps & Share Points)
Agile squad management
Agile product delivery
Ability to prioritize and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
Fluent English.
Hands-on, action-oriented
