Job Description
- This is the primary interface where customers and teams gain real-time visibility into threats, derive actionable insights, and take decisive action against fraud. This role sits at the intersection of design strategy, complex data visualization, and enterprise user experience, translating sophisticated attack detection and prevention systems into intuitive, high-impact experiences.
As the design lead, you'll own the end-to-end design vision and execution for dashboards, analytics, attack visualization, and workflow features that help customers understand their attack landscape, benchmark performance, and respond effectively. You'll work across the full product development lifecycle - from user research to high-fidelity prototypes and implementation - ensuring Command Center becomes a strategic differentiator that drives product adoption, reduces churn, and enables customers to maximize value from our fraud prevention platform.
Key Responsibilities
Own the design strategy and execution for customer-facing Command Center analyst portal, establishing design systems, patterns, and principles that scale across all product lines.
Collaborate closely with product managers, front-end engineers and back-end engineers to ship high-quality experiences that balance user needs with technical constraints.
Design complex data visualizations and analytics interfaces that make real-time threat intelligence accessible, actionable, and compelling—transforming dense data into clear insights.
Create design requirements and specifications for data display, interaction patterns, and visual hierarchies.
Drive design consistency and efficiency across multiple product teams, ensuring Command Center features integrate seamlessly with existing Arkose platform products.
Define and track design success metrics including portal engagement, feature adoption, task completion rates, and customer satisfaction.
Experience & Skills
3+ years of UI/UX design experience, with at least 2+ years designing data-intensive B2B products (dashboards, analytics platforms, intelligence tools, SaaS reporting, or security operations centers)
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in data visualization, complex information architecture, and enterprise dashboard design—particularly real-time or near-real-time systems
Deep technical fluency with design systems, front-end capabilities, and data constraints—you can collaborate credibly with engineering teams about visualization libraries, API limitations, performance trade-offs, and responsive design considerations
Proven track record shipping complex B2B products requiring cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders
Experience in usability testing, and workflow analysis for technical or analyst-facing products
Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Loveable, Sketch, etc.) and familiarity with front-end technologies (React, data visualization libraries like D3.js, Recharts) to understand implementation feasibility
Not required but a plus if you have experience designing for security, fraud prevention, risk management, or threat intelligence domains strongly preferred—understanding the unique needs of fraud analysts and security operations teams
Position Requirements
10+ Years
work experience
