We are looking for a senior Oracle Financials expert to lead solution design, implementation, and support across Oracle Fusion (and EBS) Finance modules. The ideal candidate will act as a functional SME, drive finance transformation initiatives, and partner closely with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end functional design for Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Expenses).
Conduct requirement workshops, prepare design documents, and manage configurations.
Support testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, production rollout, and quarterly updates.
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data migration (FBDI/OTBI).
Act as a trusted advisor to finance stakeholders and guide junior consultants.
Required Experience
7 - 15 years in Oracle Financials (Fusion mandatory; EBS experience a plus).
3+ full-cycle implementations as a lead/principal functional consultant.
Strong understanding of R2R, P2P, O2C, and accounting processes.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Good to Have
Oracle Cloud Certification
Experience in global rollouts and multi-currency environments
