About Position:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our Customer Success organization by providing comprehensive data reporting, developing dashboards, and delivering analytical insights. This role focuses on transforming raw data into actionable business intelligence using modern analytics tools and platforms. You will be responsible for creating automated reporting solutions, conducting ad-hoc analyses, and providing data-driven recommendations that enhance customer retention, adoption, and post-sales operational efficiency in our EdTech SaaS environment.

What You'll Do:

Build, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards in Salesforce, Power

BI, and Net Suite to support Customer Success, Services, and Support teams
Create automated daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cadences for frontline leadership
Monitor data quality and ensure consistency across all reporting platforms
Update and enhance existing dashboards based on evolving business needs
Conduct ad-hoc analysis in Excel to answer specific business questions and support strategic initiatives
Extract and manipulate data from our Snowflake data warehouse using SQL queries
Perform deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, retention trends, and post-sales performance metrics
Create executive summaries and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
Partner with Customer Success, Services, and Support teams to understand EdTech industry-specific KPIs and success metrics
Analyze post-sales funnel performance, customer health scores, and renewal forecasting
Support capacity planning and resource allocation through data-driven recommendations
Track and report on customer adoption, engagement, and satisfaction metrics
Translate business requirements from post-sales leaders into technical reporting specifications
Present analytical insights and recommendations to operational stakeholders
Document processes and maintain reporting standards

Expertise You'll Bring:

Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation
Advanced skills in Power

BI for data visualization and dashboard development

Experience with Net Suite reporting and analytics modules
Strong Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis tools
Working knowledge of Snowflake and SQL for data extraction and manipulation
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation

Industry & Domain Knowledge
2+ years of experience in post-sales operations (Customer Success, Implementation, or Support)
EdTech SaaS industry experience preferred, with understanding of subscription metrics, user adoption patterns, and educational technology workflows
Familiarity with customer lifecycle management and retention strategies
Knowledge of SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, NPS, customer health scoring)
