Role Overview :
We are seeking a Service Now Consultant with strong functional expertise in the CSM module , along with solid knowledge of Service Now scripting concepts, integrations, and data architecture . Experience working in a Domain Separation environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirement gathering and solution design for Service Now CSM implementations
Act as SME for Domain Separation , CSM processes, and data model design
Guide development teams on scripting standards and integrations (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub)
Define and review table relationships, data mapping, and Transform Maps
Support UAT, stakeholder discussions, and post-go-live enhancements
Ensure alignment with Service Now best practices and governance
Required
Skills & Experience:
7+ years of experience as a Service Now Consultant
Strong experience with CSM module and Domain Separation
Good understanding of Service Now tables, relationships, and data mapping
Knowledge of Service Now scripting concepts and integrations
Working knowledge of Transform Maps and Import Sets
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
