Architect / Senior Consultant – ERP & Enterprise Applications (M2M ERP)
This role owns and leads the Made2
Manage (M2M) ERP platform across the organization. You will act as the enterprise owner, strategic leader, and client partner for M2M ERP, ensuring the system supports a fast-growing manufacturing business.
You will be responsible for system reliability, data integrity, integrations, governance, and continuous improvement , while driving adoption and standardization across functions like Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Quality, and HR.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Ownership & Strategy
Own the end-to-end ERP strategy, roadmap, and governance
Act as the enterprise SME for Made2
Manage ERP
Ensure system uptime, performance, security, and data integrity
Manage ERP lifecycle including configuration, enhancements, upgrades, and releases
Functional Leadership
Lead ERP capabilities across:
Manufacturing
MRP and production planning
Inventory and costing
Purchasing and order management
Production scheduling
Drive process standardization and best practices across sites and teams
Delivery & Change Management
Lead ERP initiatives from requirements to go-live and stabilization
Manage integrations with finance systems, shop floor/MES, BI and reporting tools
Drive user adoption through training, communication, and documentation
Present clear recommendations to leadership and help resolve priority conflicts
People & Governance
Coach and develop ERP analysts, admins, and key users
Build support models to reduce single points of failure
Establish governance, controls, and reporting standards
Required Experience & Skills
Must Have
7–8+ years of hands-on ERP leadership experience in manufacturing
Strong expertise in Made2
Manage ERP or similar manufacturing ERP systems
Deep understanding of:
MRP, BOMs, routings
Inventory and purchasing
Scheduling and costing
Proven success leading cross-functional change and ERP adoption
Experience with ERP governance, upgrades, controls, and security
Key Competencies

Strong project and program management skills
Clear, confident communication and influence without authority
Collaborative leadership style
Work Environment
Office-based role in Pune
Periodic international travel to North America and Europe
Existing US visa preferred

Minimum requirement:
