Role Summary
We are looking for a  Business Analyst with strong Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain expertise , specifically in  Commercial Lines . The ideal candidate will work closely with global insurance clients, product teams, and engineering teams to drive end-to-end implementation, product conceptualization, and business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a  domain expert in P&C Insurance (Commercial Lines)  with strong knowledge of the  US insurance market ; UK market exposure is an added advantage.
Work across the  entire insurance lifecycle , including:
Policy Administration
Underwriting
New Business
Claims
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs through:
GAP analysis
Business process analysis
Data analysis
Interactive workshops and working sessions
Translate complex business scenarios into  clear, simple, and actionable requirements  using:
User Stories
Use Cases
Process flows and modeling tools
Create and maintain BA artifacts such as:
BRDs / FRDs
User stories and acceptance criteria
Process flows, data mappings, and configuration documents
Drive  Agile delivery  as a Business Analyst / Scrum team member, with exposure to:
Sprint planning
Backlog grooming
Story elaboration and validation
Participate in and facilitate:
System Testing
Quality Assurance Testing
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
User training sessions for releases and enhancements
Act as a  customer-facing representative , owning discussions, presentations, and solution walkthroughs.
Work closely with architecture, technology, and product teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Contribute to  product conceptualization, thought leadership, and business architecture  for insurance software platforms.
Exhibit a  positive attitude , strong ownership mindset, and collaborative team spirit.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience as a  Business Analyst in Property & Casualty Insurance (Commercial Lines) .
Extensive knowledge of  US P&C insurance industry trends ; UK insurance knowledge is a plus.
Hands-on experience with leading  Policy / Underwriting platforms , such as:
Guidewire (Policy Center)
Duck Creek
One Shield
Majesco
Insurity
CSC
Or equivalent in-house insurance systems
Solid understanding of:
Insurance business processes
Data models
Workflows
Rules management
Product configuration
Familiarity with  rating, forms, ISO specifications, ERC, and ACORD standards .
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with  global insurance clients .
Exposure to  product-based insurance platforms .
Prior involvement in  digital transformation or modernization programs  within insurance.
