Strong experience in SAP BASIS (non-HANA)
Knowledge of transport management and user administration
Manage SAP system administration tasks
Handle transport management and system refreshes
Monitor system performance and apply patches
SAP certification in BASIS
Effective communication with stakeholders
Collaboration across teams
Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing
Analytical problem-solving and prioritization
Ownership and proactive issue management
Configure transport routes and manage STMS
Set up user roles and authorizations
System performance degrades during peak hours. How do you troubleshoot?
Transport request fails in QA system. Outline resolution steps.
