Position: Lead Frontend Developer (React.js and Next.js)
Location - Baner, Pune (Onsite)
Timings - 2.00 PM to 11.00 PM

Experience - Minimum 6 years of experience with React.js (additionally, must have experience leading a team)

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented  Front-End React Developer  to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building exceptional web applications, optimizing page performance, and implementing SEO best practices. You will work closely with our design and back-end teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using  React  and  JavaScript .
Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
Implement SEO strategies to improve site visibility and ranking.
Manage client-side and server-side rendering to enhance performance.
Develop and maintain front-end deployment pipelines and hosting configurations.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure technical feasibility of designs.
Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and best practices.

Technical

Skills:

Proficient in  React.js  and  JavaScript.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and implementation.

Experience with page speed optimization tools and techniques.
Knowledge of client-side and server-side rendering (e.g., Next.js).
Familiarity with front-end deployment pipelines and hosting platforms (e.g., Docker & Vercel).

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
