Jewellery Operations & Production Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a Jewellery Operations & Production Executive who understands jewellery end-to-end and can independently handle inventory, production coordination, custom orders, and backend operations for Tiny Jewels. This role is critical and requires strong ownership, accountability, and jewellery knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Inwarding

• Regular inventory tracking and stock management

• Inwarding finished jewellery from manufacturing units

• Weight verification, measurements, and quality checks

• Tagging jewellery with SKU, weight, size, karat, and category

• Coordinating HUID hallmarking send and receive

• Maintaining accurate inward and stock records

Production & Manufacturing Coordination

• Coordinating with manufacturing units in Mumbai and Jaipur

• Tracking production orders for standard and custom designs

• Following up on timelines and deliveries

• Coordinating with outsourced jewellery designer for new designs

• Ensuring designs move smoothly from approval to production

Custom Orders & Customer Coordination

• Handling customisation requirements and timelines

• Coordinating with customers for design confirmations and updates

• Tracking order status and communicating timelines clearly

E-commerce & Backend Support

• Uploading products on Shopify backend

• Maintaining product details and inventory accuracy

• Supporting invoice generation and sales records

Store & Dispatch Support

• Supporting sales and operations at the Aundh studio when required

• Coordinating packing and dispatch of orders

• Tracking exchanges and returns

Profile Requirements

• Jewellery industry background is mandatory

• Understanding of gold jewellery, weights, sizes, karat, and making

• 2-4 years of jewellery relevant experience

• Strong attention to detail and process discipline

• Comfortable with Excel and Google Sheets and jewellery management softwares

• Reliable, organised, and accountable
