The role is responsible for leading the Research & Development (R&D) and New Product Development (NPD) functions for rubber-based products and technologies (Non-Tyre). This includes driving innovation, improving existing compounds, and ensuring timely and cost-effective development of new rubber products for diverse market applications.

1. Educational

Qualification:

B.E./BTech/ MTech in Polymer Science, Rubber Technology

2.

Experience:

20–25 years of experience in an R&D environment, with at least 10 years in a technical leadership.

Experience in Non-tyre / Elastomers is a MUST,
