Role Description
As a Customer Relationship Officer, your contributions will be essential in creating
exceptional shopping experiences for our customers and fostering long-term
relationships. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Greeting all customers warmly and ensuring a welcoming environment throughout
the store.
• Understanding customer needs and providing knowledgeable recommendations
on products, offers, and promotions.
• Ensuring prompt and efficient customer service, including handling inquiries,
complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintaining comprehensive product knowledge, staying updated on new arrivals
and existing inventory.
• Assisting customers with billing, packaging, and any post-sales support required.
• Managing loyalty programs, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement
initiatives to maximize satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborating with other retail staff to achieve sales targets, maintain store
standards, and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Documenting and resolving customer requests and concerns, escalating issues
when necessary to the Store Manager.
Qualifications
Hardworking, 12th pass , good in communication
