Clinic Assistant

VIRTUE MEDICAL CLINIC is looking for FULL-TIME Clinic Assistants to join our Fledging healthcare group!

We are a family-oriented GP clinic group that believes in valuing our staff / good team-work in order to achieve the best outcomes for patient care.

• Aid in the registration and scheduling of patients
• Prepare prescribed medications as instructed by the doctor
• Generate bills and invoices for patients, and collect payments
• Process billing transactions under different Government schemes and managed care programmes
• Receive and distribute lab reports, communicate with the doctor, and contact patients accordingly
• Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items
• Manage the housekeeping of the clinic to ensure its tidiness and cleanliness
• Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks assigned by the manager

• Prior experience in clinic operations (minimum 1 year)
• Knowledge of relevant government and insurance schemes and/or usage of Plato CMS an advantage

Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Hours:

44 hours/week including 1 weekend shift
