Join our team as a Part-Time Caretaker at our busy and community-focused college campus in the heart of Pwllheli. This is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean, and functional environment for our Learners and Staff.

- Site Security: Performing daily opening and closing procedures, including setting and disarming site alarms.
- Safety Checks: Conducting routine testing of fire alarm systems and emergency lighting.
- Campus Maintenance: Carrying out general maintenance tasks, minor repairs, and effective general housekeeping across the site.
- Event and Classroom Setup: Preparing and configuring rooms and halls for classes, meetings, and college events.
- Cover: Providing additional hours to cover staff leave or sickness (overtime or time off in lieu will be available) as required
Ideally the post holder will be from a caretaking or maintenance background and used to working in a busy environment and able to respond and resolve job requests raised by customers on time. They will also be able to undertake manual handling and work at heights as required.
