This position is responsible for delivering a range of high-quality spa treatments to guests ensuring their comfort, relaxation and satisfaction. This role involves providing personalized services, maintaining treatment standards and contributing to the overall luxury spa experience.

• Perform various spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs and wraps.
• Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Ensure treatment rooms are prepared, clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of spa products, services and trends.
• Provide excellent customer service ensuring guests feel relaxed and pampered.
• Adhere to all health safety and hygiene standards.
• Promote spa services and products to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and privacy at all times.

• Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics or a related field.
• Certification in specialized treatments such as aromatherapy, reflexology, hydrotherapy or Turkish spa specialties.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a spa therapist in a luxury spa or hotel.
• Proficiency in various massage techniques and spa treatments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
