, youâll play a critical role in activating, engaging, and reâengaging Snoonu users across our multiâvertical ecosystem (food delivery, groceries, marketplace, events, gifting and more). You will be responsible for executing impactful oneâoff and adâhoc campaigns across all CRM channels (push, SMS, Whats App, inâapp messages and email), with a clear focus on highlighting major marketing campaigns, offers, and product updates

- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to support the CRM and Marketing calendar through various CRM channels.
- Set up the dayâtoâday CRM calendar, ensuring timely, engaging, and dynamic delivery of communications across email, push notifications, inâapp banners, and inâapp messages.
- Create, deploy, and own localized experiments to develop CRM best practices and optimize engagement.
- Be handsâon with data targeting, segmentation, and basic analysis â pulling, manipulating, and interpreting audience data to personalize messaging.
- Own the endâtoâend copywriting process in both Arabic and English â writing and localizing content with the right tone, structure, and cultural context for each channel and campaign.
- Proactively communicate with internal teams to ensure workloads and deadlines are aligned â yes, we love Notion and Slack threads for everything.
- Conduct postâcampaign reporting to extract insights, highlight learnings, and feed future campaign improvements.
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Up to 1 year of experience in CRM â internship or juniorâlevel roles also considered.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for writing localized content that performs.
- Ability to work in a fastâpaced environment and juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Comfortable working with creative assets, basic campaign building tools, and QA processes.
- Familiarity with any CRM platform (Braze, MoEngage, Salesforce, etc.) or marketing automation tools.
- Previous experience translating or adapting copy for bilingual campaigns.
- Understanding of basic CRM metrics (open rate, click rate, conversions).
- Interest in digital customer journeys, personalization, or lifecycle marketing.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data exploration, HTML for editing email templates, or Liquid logic for message personalization.
