Waiter

Waiter/Waitress - Lusail, Qatar

We are hiring a skilled and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your main goal will be to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end restaurant or hotel
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and take their orders accurately
• Provide suggestions on food and beverage choices based on guest preferences
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
• Ensure tables are clean and set up properly before seating guests
• Handle any guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism and resolve any issues promptly
• Upsell additional items such as desserts or drinks to increase sales
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure all orders are prepared correctly
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floor

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: $1600 per month with additional service charge and tips. Accommodation will be provided by the company.
