Chef de Cuisine
We are looking for a skilled Indian Chef de Cuisine to join our team at a high‑end restaurant in Lusail. The role involves menu planning, food preparation and presentation, inventory management, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
Responsibilities- Menu planning and development of authentic Indian dishes
- Overseeing food preparation, plating and presentation
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies
- Ensuring kitchen hygiene and food safety standards are met
- Leadership and team management under high pressure
- Extensive experience in Indian cuisine
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to customer preferences
- Strong attention to hygiene and safety protocols
Full‑time position offering $1100.
