Indian Restaurant Manager in Lusail, Qatar We are a well-established restaurant in Lusail, Qatar and we are currently seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

• Manage and supervise all staff members, including servers, cooks, and dishwashers
• Create work schedules and assign duties to staff members
• Train new employees on company policies and procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Create and implement marketing strategies to increase sales
• Maintain a positive working environment for all staff members

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Knowledge of Indian cuisine and food preparation techniques
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting principles
• Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1000 USD per month + accommodation provided
