Insight Global seeks a Deskside Technician (RKB) with TS/SCI clearance for a federal client in Stafford, VA. The role is hybrid and covers NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS environments with hands-on Tier II desktop support.
The ideal candidate will troubleshoot endpoint, Microsoft 365, AD, and network issues; deploy workstations, manage imaging and security baselines; and contribute to vulnerability remediation and SOP development.
