As an Architect in Real Estate Development, you are the conductor who turns a vision into winning plans. The go-to reference for codes and standards, design, and planning, you secure feasibility, optimize every foot, and align concepts with the business strategy.
Working with a team of technicians and partners, you structure execution, maximize site potential, and advance commercial and multi-residential projects that deliver real value.

- Plan and design commercial and multi-residential development projects.
- Maximize project potential by adding value (design, user experience, site integration, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with municipal and provincial regulations. Analyze site constraints and propose appropriate solutions.
- Allocate tasks and mentor the technical team.
- Track project progress and adjust as needed.
- Communicate and collaborate with clients to understand and meet their needs.
- Share a structured methodology to ensure optimal project development.
- Hold a degree in architecture (or a related field).
- Are a member in good standing of the Order of Architects.
- Have 3–5 years of experience in architecture or real estate project management.
- Master architectural regulations and design.
- Are comfortable with AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch Up (experience in a BIM environment is an asset).
- Have a solid understanding of the National Building Code (NBC).
- Know the stages and levers of real estate development.
- Are bilingual (French and English)—an asset, not a requirement.
- Are proficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
- Quickly reading issues and smoothly managing complex projects from concept to delivery.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- A strong sense of responsibility.
- Mastery of project management methods and tools.
- Autonomy and initiative to move files forward.
- Operational rigor and attention to detail.
- Natural collaboration: you mobilize teams and keep information flowing efficiently.
