Role OverviewThe Digital Design & Web Experience Manager will oversee the management and optimization of Cannara’s corporate and brand websites while driving digital design initiatives across multiple channels. This role requires a strong blend of technical web management expertise and creative digital design skills to enhance user experience, brand storytelling, and digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities Website Management & Optimization- Maintain, update, and optimize Cannara’s websites for performance, accessibility, and SEO.
- Implement content updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with external developers as necessary to enhance website functionality, integrations, and security.
- Monitor website analytics, track user behavior, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Design and improve UI/UX elements to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new site pages and features.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets and website experiences.
- Design web banners, landing pages, and e-blasts to support marketing campaigns.
- Develop engaging visuals for brand, retail, and trade-focused digital content, including videos, presentations, and animations.
- Optimize assets for web and mobile responsiveness.
- Work closely with marketing teams to design digital assets for social media, paid ads, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with content teams to create engaging product visuals and storytelling elements.
- Ensure seamless integration of digital assets across platforms.
- Expertise in website management platforms (Word Press, Shopify, or similar CMS).
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles and tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
- Proficiency in graphic and digital design (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Experience in HTML, CSS, and basic Java Script for web design and troubleshooting.
- Ability to create engaging video content and animations for brand storytelling.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and website analytics
