Product Manager

About Perion

Perion is the fastest-growing global ad tech platform, blending start‑up energy with a creative, bohemian twist. We are expanding rapidly across the world and are looking for talented, ambitious individuals who are excited to embrace the Perioner lifestyle.

We are building the future of programmatic out-of-home advertising—and we want you to be part of it.

Role Overview

As a Product Manager, you will own the roadmap, quality, and long‑term evolution of one of Perion’s core programmatic buying platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners to define the future of programmatic in the out‑of‑home (OOH) ecosystem.

Your responsibilities will range from day‑to‑day operational excellence and continuous optimization of bidding and delivery mechanics to driving strategic innovations that enhance performance, scalability, and self‑serve capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and refine the DSP roadmap; maintain a clear backlog with well‑defined user stories, flows, acceptance criteria, and launch plans.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize improvements related to bidding logic, pacing, optimization, workflow UX, partner integrations, and overall system performance.
  • Engage with customers, commercial teams, and internal stakeholders to uncover pain points and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
  • Collect and analyze platform usage data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to inform decision‑making and track product impact.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver iterative releases that elevate user experience and campaign performance.
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies—including grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos—to ensure alignment and delivery continuity.
  • Serve as the internal subject‑matter expert for the DSP, supporting cross‑functional teams with product knowledge, adoption support, and best practices.
  • Champion platform stability, reliability, and performance across all stages of product development and operation.
About You
  • You’re a creative product thinker who thrives in collaborative, cross‑functional environments.
  • You demonstrate strong empathy for users and are motivated by solving meaningful problems for them.
  • You communicate clearly—both in writing and verbally—and can articulate complex customer needs with precision.
  • You’re resourceful and hands‑on, willing to do whatever is necessary for your product to succeed, from writing QA plans to investigating root‑cause issues.
  • You perform well in fast‑paced environments while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • You bring strong problem‑solving skills, sound business judgment, and a keen ability to identify actionable insights.
  • You’re a data‑driven thinker who knows how to use analytics to guide product decisions.
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience in product management or a related role, with a proven record of delivering value at scale.
  • Experience working in an agile environment with cross‑functional teams.
  • Experience in digital advertising, programmatic technology, or OOH media is a strong plus.
