. We are seeking a skilled and proactive Purchasing Specialist to support our EPC operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely and cost‑effective procurement of products and services for global projects.
- Manage procurement from negotiation to on‑site delivery.
- Support site teams with urgent material needs.
- Monitor supplier performance and delivery timelines.
- Process invoices and coordinate payments.
- Resolve supplier and subcontractor claims with project teams.
- Source local suppliers to enhance cost efficiency and local content.
- Oversee on‑site logistics and inventory.
- Technical or business‑related education.
- Experience in purchasing, logistics, and scheduling.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Knowledge of supplier markets and materials.
- Organized and capable of multitasking.
- Proactive and responsive.
- Strong communicator with a service‑oriented mindset.
