As a Quality Assurance Associate at Culture Kizos, you will play a key role in maintaining compliance and ensuring that our products consistently meet the highest quality standards. Working closely with QA and Production, you will help implement, monitor, and improve quality systems and processes that align with Health Canada regulations.

We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and the motivation to contribute meaningfully to a growing company.

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of QA documentation, following Good Documentation Practices for all GPP-related documents.
• Support compliance activities, follow-ups, and recommendations to maintain consistent product quality.
• Write, edit, review, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and Preventative Control Plans (PCPs).
• Review, manage, and file records for all quality-related activities within the facility.
• Provide support during Health Canada and third-party audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
• Stay current on QA best practices within cannabis, food, and pharma industries.
• Ensure adherence to the Cannabis Act and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Diploma or degree in Food Quality, Pharmaceutical Quality, Biochemistry, or a related field (required).
• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in food, pharma, or cannabis.
• Previous experience in a QA role within a GPP or GMP-regulated environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with QA systems such as change control, deviation, CAPA, and document control.
• A valid Health Canada security clearance is a strong asset, as it accelerates the ability to obtain a QAP license, required for multiple sign-offs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to interpret and apply regulations, specifications, and quality standards.

This position offers a salary range of $40,000 – $55,000 per year
, with final compensation determined based on your experience and skills.
