Network Administrator

• Deploying, supporting, and maintaining the corporate network across Canada.
• Providing support for end-users, troubleshooting servers, PCs, printers, and IP phone systems.
• Installing, supporting, and maintaining current and future Microsoft operating systems used by the company.
• Training end-users on the effective use of various software.
• Managing and updating corporate hardware and software inventories.
• Overseeing corporate antivirus security systems and ensuring they remain up to date.
• Managing corporate servers, including regular backups.
• Administering and maintaining the corporate network infrastructure.
• Supporting and maintaining Lotus Notes and Blackberry Enterprise Server.
• Maintaining and optimizing the VMware infrastructure.
• Supporting and maintaining SAN (Storage Area Network) infrastructure.
• Collaborating with and mentoring the Technical Support Specialist to ensure effective network user support.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar position, preferably with an International Freight Forwarding organization.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and manage workloads efficiently.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with network management tools.
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
