General Labourer

SUMMARYReporting to the Operations Supervisor, the General labour packs, ties, labels, counts and identifies wood using various handling equipment.
Main duties- Operate wood handling equipment on the stacking line.
- Tie, wrap and occasionally stack wood by hand.
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation.
- Comply with all workplace safety rules and regulations.
- Respect customer service commitments.
- Able to count and identify wood products of various sizes.
- Basic maths skills.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds or 23 kilograms.
- Must have own steel-toed boots.
- High school diploma is an asset
- Permanent full-time
- Competitive hourly rate and possibility of overtime
- Group insurance program
- Monday to Friday - 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Work Location: 50 rue St-Denis, Maskinonge, QC, J0K 1N0
Note: Must have own reliable transportation. The site is not served by public transport.
