• Zero‑hour, fixed‑term contract from 17 Nov 2025 to 2 Jan 2026.
• Pay rate: national minimum wage plus tronc payments of at least £2.10 per hour.
• Typical shifts start at 5 pm, including working weeks.
• Must be available to work Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.

• Carry out the role of waiter/waitress in Bar and Grill, providing table service, taking orders and running trays of delicious food.
• Provide highest levels of guest service, offering personalised dish and beverage recommendations to deliver a memorable dining experience.
• Work closely with Bar and Kitchen team to ensure effective communication and flow.
• Have comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage menu options to enhance the guest experience.

• Waiting experience beneficial but not required. Outgoing personality with effective communication skills.
• Ability to work at pace, physically active, standing for much of the shift.
• Willing and able to pour, serve and sell alcohol.
• Task‑oriented, pride in work and attention to detail.
• Flexible with shift patterns and available around the needs of the business.
• Demonstrated research of the brand and genuine desire to be part of the team.
