About the Bridgham Technology InstituteThe Bridgham Technology Institute (BTI) is an advanced research division of Bridgham Cyber for cybersecurity and artificial intelligence research. The Institute studies the security of community banks, credit unions, lenders, law firms and investment advisers. Each study is pre-registered on OSF before data collection and published with its data.
SelectionApplications to the Bridgham Technology Institute are highly competitive. The Institute receives many applications from candidates whose training and publication record meet or exceed those listed, and it is not able to offer a position to every qualified applicant.
Once an applicant clears the qualification gate, selection rests on fit with the Institute's methods and standards of evidence, and on the candidate's prospects for long-term success as a researcher here. Those judgments are made by the researchers the candidate would work with.
The Institute reserves the right to decline any application, to close a search at any stage, and to extend an offer to a candidate from any source. Decisions are final and the Institute does not provide reasons.
The Bridgham Technology Institute, a division of Bridgham Cyber, is an equal opportunity employer and engages contractors on the same basis.
