Base pay rangeEmployment Type: Part-Time / Days / 22 hours per week
Working pattern: Over a 7‑day period, full flexibility is required. Ability to work 12‑hour shifts also required.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide high‑quality individualized care and support for each resident, promoting and upholding residents privacy, dignity and independence.
- Create a happy, caring, and safe atmosphere; put residents’ needs first.
- Provide a wide range of physical, social, emotional and psychological support tailored to the individual.
Training: No previous experience required; full training will be provided. Demonstrate a flexible, hard‑working, caring attitude, a desire to work as part of a dedicated team, and the right to work in the UK.
Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required.
