£23,000 Basic | £40,000+ Realistic Earnings (DOE)

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Property Lister / Valuer to join a high-performing, people-focused estate agency team. You will be responsible for listing properties, securing top sale prices for vendors, and generating new business

• Basic Salary: £23,000 (plus guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months)

• Realistic Earnings (including commission): £40,000+

• Car Allowance: £2,500 or company car

• Flexible Work Pattern: 5 days per week (some Saturdays)
