Summary

We are seeking a Front Desk Agent who is fluent in German to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests and visitors, handling check‑ins and check‑outs, managing reservations, and assisting with any inquiries or requests.

• Greet guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Check guests in and out efficiently, handling payments and providing necessary information
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
• Manage reservations and ensure accuracy in booking details
• Assist guests with any inquiries, requests, or complaints
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

• Fluent in German (both spoken and written)
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast‑paced environment
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
