On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, and five‑star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Designer to join the resort’s Advertising/Brand Marketing team.

• The Designer works with other departments, employees, and occasionally guests in designing and producing print-ready files, writing print and production specifications, and working with in‑house production teams as well as outside vendors to meet their creative needs and provide a memorable guest experience.
• Works closely with the Marketing Teams to provide print, digital, social, and web assets for guest and public facing campaigns and collateral.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Must have 3+ years of experience in commercial or hotel graphics department or a degree in a related Arts field.
• Must be able to take lead on projects as assigned.
• Must be able to prioritize high volume work assignments and handle multiple projects at once.
• Must be able to understand and work from blueprints, drawings and sketches as well as be proficient in writing print specs.
• Must be Mac and PC literate and experienced in the use of pertinent programs, including but not limited to Adobe software and Microsoft Office software.
• Must be organized, work well under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Must have knowledge of digital, web, and printing terminology and processes.
• Must have an excellent fluency in English and be able to proofread and provide correction to grammar, spelling and language. Second language is a plus.
• Requires excellent communication and people skills.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times.
• Must submit a portfolio for review.
