We are looking for a talented and experienced Land Surveyor in Ras-al-Khaimah to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate surveying of land and related areas to ensure that all projects are completed accurately, according to industry standards. You should have an eye for detail and a strong understanding of surveying principles and practices.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in both urban and rural environments. The ability to interpret survey data is essential.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree or diploma in surveying or related field, with at least one year of experience in land surveying. We are willing to consider an immigrant who meets the qualifications and is passionate about the job.

• Survey land characteristics and features including natural boundaries, buildings, roads, underground utilities, elevation features and other features as requested;
• Analyze survey data using mathematical formulas;
• Prepare topographical maps using specialized software;
• Produce reports detailing surveys results;
• Develop plans for construction projects;
• Monitor the accuracy of surveys from start to finish;
• Use specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS systems and laser rangefinders;
• Prepare legal documents for boundary disputes or claims;
• Consult with clients regarding survey results;
• Establish benchmarks for elevation measurements.
