Land Surveyor

Salary: 1600 AED per month

• Conducting field surveys using surveying equipment such as transits, levels, total stations etc.
• Calculating accurate measurements from the survey results and entering them into survey software packages.
• Maintaining records of surveys and collecting data such as photos, videos, etc for future reference.
• Identifying potential surveying hazards and taking appropriate measures to mitigate them.
• Interpreting data from aerial photographs or satellite images.
• Ensuring accuracy of all survey activities in compliance with regulations and codes of practice.

• Degree in Surveying or Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Land Surveyor (willing to consider applicants with no experience).
• Possess knowledge of surveying software packages like AutoCAD and ArcGIS.
• Ability to understand complex technical documents related to land surveying regulations and codes of practice.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively on both individual projects and as part of a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency in other languages is an advantage).
