Technical Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Manager with a strong architectural background to oversee the technical coordination and integrity of our major construction project. You will act as the central technical authority, bridging the gap between design intent and on-site execution, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and constructability.

• Lead end-to-end
  technical coordination
  between design consultants, in-house engineering teams, and construction management to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Review, approve, and manage all
  technical submissions, shop drawings, material approvals, and method statements
  in accordance with project specifications.
• Proactively
  identify, analyze, and resolve design conflicts and constructability issues
  to mitigate risks, delays, and cost overruns.
• Chair
  technical interface meetings
  and coordinate effectively with
  Architecture, MEP, and Structural discipline leads
  to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for
  managing all communication with external consultants
  , ensuring timely responses to RFIs and compliance with design intent.
• Ensure all project activities adhere to
  UAE regulations, local authority requirements, and international best practices
  .

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.(An architectural background is strongly preferred.)
• Minimum of 10 years of UAE construction experience
  , with a proven track record in a technical management or design coordination role on large-scale projects.
• Mandatory membership with the UAE Society of Engineers.
• Proficiency in BIM/Revit
  for design review, clash detection, and coordination is a significant advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE authority submission and approval procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

AED 25,000 – AED 28,000 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
