We are seeking an experienced and motivated Land Surveyor to join our team at our office in Ras-al-Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, using GPS systems and other surveying tools to ensure accuracy of data.

The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of the local geography and terrain, as well as experience collecting and analyzing data. They should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently. A valid UAE driver’s license is also required.

• Conduct land surveys using GPS systems and other surveying tools
• Collect and analyze data from land surveys
• Analyze geographical information systems (GIS) data
• Prepare reports based on survey findings
• Maintain accurate records of survey materials and results
• Ensure that all survey activities adhere to safety regulations
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Surveying or related field
• Proven experience in conducting land surveys
• Working knowledge of GIS software programs (e.g., ArcGIS)
• Ability to read maps, plans, sketches, etc. accurately
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately
• A valid UAE driver’s license is required
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
