Land surveyor vacancy in Ras-al-Khaimah UAE

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys to measure and map land areas as well as analyze data collected in order to prepare detailed reports.

Salary: 1700 per month. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.

• Conduct surveys of land areas using advanced surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS receivers, theodolites, levels, etc.
• Create maps of surveyed areas accurately and efficiently.
• Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports on the findings.
• Monitor existing land parcels for any changes or damages.
• Prepare legal documents related to surveys such as boundary agreements, deeds of easement, etc.
• Adhere to safety rules while carrying out surveys in hazardous terrain or extreme weather conditions.
• Assist with other related tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field preferred but not required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a land surveying role
• Excellent knowledge of surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS receivers, theodolites, levels etc
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written communication skills
