• Adhere to cGMP principles and maintain them in an effective manner, providing engineering support and maintenance activities.
• Ensure that repair activities are in alignment with company policies and meet or exceed equipment maintenance requirements.
• Monitor all safety activities of the Engineering Section.
• Maintain non‑sterile production & packaging equipment.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance to prevent downtime or reduce inefficiency.
• Overhaul and upgrade old machines, if required.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, Workplace Safety and Health, and other applicable regulations.
• Develop requirements for capital equipment acquisitions as needed to meet department objectives.
• Prepare for internal and external audits, maintaining all required records, data, preventive maintenance documents, and SOPs.
• Generate work completion reports, log books, and daily activity reports.
• Report time and material consumed on job orders for requested work.
• Coordinate with SAP Coordinator to complete pending notifications and preventive maintenance.

Responsible for the overall repair of non‑sterile production & packaging equipment, ensuring smooth running of all mechanical equipment and fulfilling the requirements of the Production/Packaging Department and Operations.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 4–6 years’ experience in a similar pharmaceutical organization (food industry preferred) with good knowledge of mechanics
• Knowledgeable with all types of non‑sterile equipment, parts, and operation
• Understanding of pharma machinery installation and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of engineering and maintenance documents (GED)
• Foundational knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic processes
• Preventive/corrective maintenance experience (PM/CM planning, scheduling, and implementation)
• Strong command in English (communicating, writing, and speaking)
• Professional in MS Office (Excel and Word)
• Excellent management and communication skills
• Positive mindset and encouraging attitude
• Strong analytical and material knowledge for equipment maintenance
• Experience with SAP
