MEP Engineer

We Are Property RAK is an established property maintenance business based in Ras Al Khaimah Our commercial and industrial work is delivered through our engineering company Summit Electromechanical Works which we set up to serve larger clients across the emirate

Summit has just secured a three-year maintenance contract at a major industrial site in north Ras Al Khaimah We are hiring an MEP Engineer to join a small highly skilled engineering team on site This is a hands-on role You will not be supervising a team of technicians You and one or two colleagues will be the engineering team managing your own workload and reporting directly to our management

Planned preventive maintenance on HVAC systems including chillers AHUs FCUs split and package units

Fault-finding and repair across air conditioning electrical LV panels DBs motors starters and plumbing systems

Servicing and maintaining water-based fire suppression systems

Generator pump and general plant maintenance

Responding to breakdowns and reactive callouts on site Working safely under permit-to-work and lockout tagout procedures

Reporting clearly on work completed and flagging issues before they become failures

AED 4 500 to 7 000 basic per month depending on experience

Engineering degree or 3-year diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning5+ years' hands-on MEP maintenance experience in the UAE or wider GCCStrong practical HVAC skills; electrical fault-finding experience is a strong advantage

Industrial, plant, hospital or other critical-facility experience preferred

Able to work independently and manage your own dayGood spoken and written English is essential

Valid UAE driving licence

Currently in the UAE and available to start within one month
