About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five‑star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Senior Database Developer to join the IT team.

• Design and implement robust SQL Server database schemas, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes using SSIS and other integration tools.
• Optimize T‑SQL queries and indexing strategies for performance and scalability.
• Implement and manage Change Data Capture (CDC) for real‑time data tracking.
• Set up and maintain replication servers for high availability and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with application developers and analysts to support backend data needs.
• Conduct database deployments and version control using CI/CD pipelines.
• Migrate and develop complex stored procedures.
• Understand and assist with development with ETL pipelines including Python scripts for data processing.
• Monitor and troubleshoot database performance, integrity, and security.
• Document database architecture, standards, and development processes.

• SQL Server Expertise:
  Excellent skills in T‑SQL, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Stored Procedures & Functions:
  Advanced experience in writing and debugging complex logic.
• Triggers:
  Proficient in designing and managing triggers for business logic enforcement.
• CDC & Replication:
  Hands‑on experience with Change Data Capture and replication server setups.
• Database Concepts:
  Strong understanding of relational models, ER diagrams, normalization, and operational systems.
• Azure Cloud SQL DB:
  Experience deploying and managing SQL Server databases in Azure environments.
• Development & Deployment:
  Strong familiarity with CI/CD tools and versioning strategies for database code.
• 5+ years of experience in SQL Server database development.
• Experience with SSIS, SSRS, TSQL, ETL, DWH, and SQL Server Agent.
