- Conduct laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Assist in the development, testing, and improvement of construction chemical and dry mix formulations.
- Perform quality checks on products such as tile adhesives, wall putty, grouts, waterproofing compounds, and repair mortars.
- Conduct relevant tests for pH, viscosity, consistency, setting time, workability, adhesion, bonding strength, and other product-specific parameters.
- Support dry mix product testing, including water demand, open time, pot life, and compressive strength, as applicable.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, testing records, formulation sheets, and quality reports.
- Identify quality deviations and assist in troubleshooting product-related issues.
- Support production trials, batch validation, and new product development activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, testing procedures, and laboratory safety practices.
- Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to maintain consistent product quality.
