Sous Chef – Private High-Standard Culinary Environment

We are supporting a confidential appointment for a Sous Chef to join a private, high-standard culinary environment serving some distinguished principals and VIP guests.

This role requires absolute discretion, consistency, and professionalism at all times
. It is suited to a senior chef with a stable career history
, strong discipline, and the ability to lead calmly without ego.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Executive Chef in delivering daily dining to the highest standards
Oversee food preparation, execution, and presentation with consistency and precision
Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and confidentiality standards
Supervise kitchen staff with a structured, respectful leadership approach
Support menu planning aligned with preferences, dietary requirements, and protocols
Manage inventory, quality control, and waste reduction

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 10 years of professional culinary experience
Formal culinary certification – Level 2 or Level 3
Calm, team-oriented leader
High level of professionalism, reliability, and discretion

Previous experience in:

Private households, embassies, UHNW residences, or
Top-tier luxury environments with private dining exposure
