On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offers 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five‑star spa and is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Transportation Coordinator – Staff Housing to join the resort’s staff housing team.

• Develop and manage daily transportation schedules for staff and guests. Coordinate routes for regular shifts, leisure outings, and special events. Ensure punctuality and efficiency in all transport operations.
• Assign routes and shifts to drivers based on operational needs. Monitor driver performance and adherence to service standards. Provide training and support to maintain high quality service.
• Analyze and optimize transportation routes to reduce travel time and costs. Implement route planning tools and systems for better efficiency.
• Organize transportation for training sessions, resort events, and off‑site activities. Respond to last‑minute transportation requests and emergencies.
• Monitor vehicle conditions and usage. Coordinate with fleet management for regular inspections, servicing, and repairs.
• Ensure all transportation activities comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Conduct regular vehicle and service inspections. Maintain documentation for audits and compliance checks.
• Act as the primary contact for transportation‑related queries and concerns. Provide prompt, courteous, and professional support to staff and guests.
• Maintain records of schedules, incidents, fuel usage, and performance metrics. Support budget tracking and invoice verification. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports. Ensure all documentation complies with RTA standards, including licensing, inspections, driver records, and fleet audits.
• Work closely with HR, Facilities, Events, and Accommodation teams. Align transportation services with operational and staffing requirements.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in transportation coordination or logistics, preferably within hospitality or resort operations.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Experience in route planning, driver supervision, and fleet coordination.
• Familiarity with transportation safety standards and compliance protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
