In this role, you'll work towards your Information Communication Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job:
Installing and configuring software and hardware components. Assisting with 1st line support under the guidance of a 2nd line Support Engineer. Utilizing RMM Tool, Unifi Portal, DMS, and Windows systems to diagnose and resolve IT issues. Supporting, setting up, and deploying various end-user devices, including testing cables or patches with cable testing equipment. Following a structured care resolution process. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:
