Based in Rayleigh, you will be joining an industry-leading technology company that specialises in the manufacture of payment systems.
Due to a change of market and a drastic increase in business, the company is now seeking an innovative and experienced electronics-based Research & Development engineer to join their R & D team.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Support the design and development of RFID Products
Support the manufacturing team in the industrial scale up of technology and following processes.
Support full lifecycle design processes
Procure and test products and new innovations from industry partners, integrating where compatible in development workflows.
Design and prototype RFID inlays using embedded wire technology.
This is just a summary of duties, and other responsibilities will be required.
Skills & Experience required:
Degree in Electronics, Physics or related discipline
Experience with RFID systems and applications
Strong understanding of core electronic principles
Hands‑on experience with RF test equipment (e.g., VNAs)
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Motivated to bring new ideas to a small growing team
