HR Generalist

I am currently recruiting for a dedicated HR Generalist to join a great organisation based in Rayleigh. This is a pivotal role within their HR department, where you will be involved in various elements of employee relations.

This longstanding company are looking for someone passionate about HR to join them and grow their experience with them. This role would suit an experienced HR administrator looking for their next step, so they can start developing their experience further.

Key Details:

• Starting salary between 29-31k
• Hybrid working options
• 25 days holiday + BH

Responsibilities include:

• 360 employee lifecycle management
• Supporting with payroll
• Be a point of contact for any employee queries
• Providing expert advice using Employment Law knowledge
• Providing support with grievances, redundancy, TUPE and Maternity leave
• Be able to coach/support colleagues where needed

Experience needed:

• Be qualified to CIPD Level 3
• Ideally have an understanding of handling redundancy and TUPE procedures
• Maintain strong and up to date knowledge of employment legislation
• Ideally have experience with Success Factors or similar software
• Have the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
