We’re looking for an organised, proactive Marketing Assistant to join our small, fast-moving marketing team.
About the RoleThis is an ideal role for someone at the start of their marketing career who wants hands‑on experience across a wide range of activity — from campaign execution to Hub Spot admin and day‑to‑day support.
You’ll play a key part in helping the team run smoothly: completing essential admin tasks, supporting campaign delivery, maintaining data accuracy in Hub Spot, and liaising with stakeholders across the business. In return, you’ll gain excellent exposure to modern marketing practice and plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.
What You’ll Be Doing- Support the marketing team with day‑to‑day admin and coordination tasks.
- Build and update marketing lists, workflows, emails and landing pages in Hub Spot (full training provided).
- Upload and manage content assets, ensuring everything is clearly named, organised and up to date.
- Prepare reports and dashboards, pulling data from Hub Spot and other tools.
- Help with campaign execution — scheduling emails, updating webpages, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Maintain CRM data quality (imports, updates, deduplication, basic troubleshooting).
- Assist with social media scheduling and basic content formatting.
- Support event preparation and follow‑up activity.
- Respond to internal requests and act as a point of contact for simple marketing queries.
- Highly organised and able to manage your own workload.
- A self‑starter who’s happy jumping between tasks and learning as you go.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across the business.
- Strong attention to detail — especially with data and admin tasks.
- Curious, willing to ask questions and keen to develop marketing skills.
- Good written communication skills.
- Prior experience with Hub Spot or a CRM is helpful but not essential.
- Prior experience using Microsoft 365 apps and / or Adobe Creative Cloud would be helpful, but not essential.
- Hands‑on experience in a modern B2B marketing environment.
- Training in Hub Spot, marketing automation and CRM best practice.
- Exposure to campaign execution, content, events, reporting and data.
